A marketer helps clients by creating promotional materials and or digital assets for their products and services. Marketing services include but are not limited to, making brochures, websites, advertising campaigns, creatives, etc.

A marketing agreement is a document that sets forth the terms and conditions for which a marketer assists clients with their marketing activities.

Deliverables

Our agreed upon deliverables for our on-going monthly marketing programs are outlined in their respective program TOS details that you signed up for initially. Refer to your marketing program for the exact deliverable terms we agreed upon.

Timeline

Marketing services provided by The Marketing Lab are a sold as a monthly on-going marketing service program. Our team handles the monthly agreed upon deliverables based on your marketing program. Refer to your marketing program for the exact timeline terms we agreed upon.

Ownership

You, the client of Miami Marketing Lab’s marketing program will own any assets related to the program that we created as far as content (text writing, graphics, creatives, videos etc).

Any services or software that is utilized by our programs are not owned by our clients, solely the digital asset properties that we create in order to run their marketing programs.

Payment

Stripe is our payment processing gateway. Our program products are sold and paid through via Stripe and taxes are collected through their system.

Programs are charged once a month on a recurring basis via a credit card subscription, there are no contracts, you can cancel our program services at any time.

Confidentiality

Depending on the nature of work, the marketer, the client, or both may request confidentiality for sensitive information.

We as marketing consultants may require sensitive customer or employee information that needs to remain private. We respect all parties privacy and will never share any information with a third-party for any gain, be it monetary or otherwise.

Termination

You may cancel our marketing program services at any time, there are no cancellations. If possible prorated for the month, if canceled before any major assets or time have not already been invested.
